We are partnering with a local personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage client cases in our Pre-Litigation department. The Personal Injury Case Manager will ensure cases progress efficiently, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent support to clients and the legal team. Spanish fluency is required for all client interactions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored for each client Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution Qualifications Experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager with similar responsibilities Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian (required) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Familiarity with legal case management systems; CASEpeer is a plus Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Referral program
