Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Robotic Coffee Kiosk Technician & Service Associate. What You’ll Do As a Robotic Coffee Kiosk Technician & Service Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our robotic coffee kiosks run smoothly while delivering top-notch service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic coffee kiosks to ensure optimal performance. Monitoring kiosk operations to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Assisting customers with kiosk usage and providing friendly, helpful service. Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Communicating effectively with management to report technical updates or customer feedback. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. While no prior experience is required, here are the qualities we value: A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn how our robotic coffee kiosks operate. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and work with the team. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently when needed. A passion for coffee is a plus, but not required!
